1. Do not store machines outdoors, in high temperatures, or in humid environments;

1、 Weekly maintenance and inspection methods for special-shaped plug-in machines:
Weekly maintenance should be carried out after 100 hours of equipment operation. If the operating environment is poor, the cycle should be shortened and the lubrication device should be checked.
1. Clean the dust on the surface of the sliding parts, and after cleaning, add 100CKR special lubricating oil;
2. Clean the glass of the centering camera;
3. Check the gripping and closing status of the material pickup head, and repair or replace it if there is wear and tear;
4. Check the cleanliness status of the air filter element, clean or replace the filter element;
5. Check whether the limit switches of each moving component are accurate and effective.
2、 Monthly maintenance and inspection methods for special-shaped plug-in machines:
1. Clean and replace the lubricating oil of the X and Y axis screw rods;
2. Clean and replace the lubricating oil of the Z-axis slider;
3. Check if the Z-axis transmission components are worn;
4. Check the accuracy of the Z-axis lifting action;
5. Check whether the R-axis transmission components are worn;
6. Check whether the rotation action of the R axis is accurate;
7. Clean or replace the head filter element;
8. Check if the head reset spring is worn;
9. Clean and replace the slider and guide rail lubricating oil;
10. Check if the origin of the equipment is accurate;
11. Check if the cooling device of the industrial control host is operating normally;
12. Check if the machine level is in a horizontal position;
13. Check whether the transmission components of the machine conveyor belt are worn;
14. Check whether the origin and adjustment width of the machine conveyor belt are accurate and effective.
Attention: The lubricating grease and oil used must use original lubricants as much as possible. Otherwise, it will shorten the service life of the screw and guide rail, and affect the accuracy of the machine.
